My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, near the beach and next to a gas station, but there were some cleanliness issues in the rooms and an unpleasant incident with the service staff. The dining experience left much to be desired, although the hotel offered a good value for the price.

The room I stayed in was supposed to be a suite with a single king-size bed, a pull-out couch, and a rolling bed. However, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes and had visible stains on various surfaces inside, which was quite off-putting.

I encountered unfriendly and unhelpful behavior from the service staff. They handled a mistake poorly in front of other guests and even prevented my guest from accessing their belongings, which was unacceptable.
